From Wednesday 6th August to Sunday 17th August 2008
Eric Doggett is an exciting photographer originally from Slane, Co Meath and now living in Dublin. Eric is into his sixth year as a photographer and has done a year photography course in Marino College, Dublin. He photographs a wide range of different subjects and has a great passion for wildlife and photographing it in all its glory. You can see this in his stunning photographs.
Eric says, 'When I was 12 years old I started watching and studying wildlife. I used to watch it with binoculars and I had great sightings and stories to tell people of what I saw. I then decided instead of telling people what I saw why not buy a good camera and bring the images to the people instead.'
Eric is a member of Meath Arts Group and has exhibited in many group shows. His first solo exhibition was held in Diamond Cinema, Navan in 2007 and was a great success. He is also a member of Birdwatch Ireland and has had a photograph recently published which features on the front cover of their international publication, Wings Magazine Spring 2008 edition.
Opening Reception: Thursday 7th August 7-9pm
